My name is Dr Marion Anderson
Marion is a UCT graduate and is a qualified family practitioner with a post graduate qualification in Family Medicine. She moved to Cape Town from East London in 2016 where for twenty years she ran her own general practice. Prior to that Marion worked at Frere Hospital for 6 years covering all specialities in a Family Medicine specialised rotation through MEDUNSA . She has a special interest in mental health and healthcare within the context of family and community.
Marion grew up in Cape Town and relocated with her husband, Steve, who is deputy principal at Westerford High School. They have two daughters, Kate and Amy, both studying at UCT, two German Shepherds, Scott and Thuli, and a cat, Molly.
